We have a grill/fry cook position open and we are ready to hire immediately.
2 positions for night shift available. Must work weekends. These are full time jobs. Experience in grill cooking required in steak or mexican food restaurants.
Job requirements:
--- Cook all meats IAW our standards.
--- Short order cook on grill & fryer such as fajita, steaks, pork chops, burgers, shrimp, asada, al pastor, gorditas, puffy tacos, warm up tortillas, etc. Whatever the line cooks call out....you cook.
---Prep work
--- Cleaning work
While the jobs is primarily focused on grill and fry cooking, it is necessary to know line cook job so we will require employee to cross train to learn how to line serve. Employee will have opportunity to learn all positions. Working in Tito's kitchen requires team work to help out where needed.
