Financial Management Analyst to join our team to support the U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) by assisting MEDCOM/OTSG Directorates in facilitating internal and external staff coordination regarding financial analysis/assessments, developing policy recommendations based on economic analysis, and communicating senior leader decisions to key stakeholders.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Providing program management support for daily internal operations in order to maximize the effectiveness of senior staff in executing their program and related administrative responsibilities.
• Facilitating executive level activities to include ad hoc meetings, assessments, and functions.
• Developing and presenting decision briefs using the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
• Facilitating knowledge management by establishing and maintaining an electronic repository site along with conducting After Action Reviews (AARs) on major project.
• Providing data analytic support, to include economic analysis, using MHS and MEDCOM medical and financial data in order to assist senior leaders in making data driven decisions.
• Providing timely, ad hoc data analysis to senior leaders and relevant stakeholders for issues that require immediate response.
• Developing and implementing Tableau dashboards to display metrics, trends, and issues relevant to MEDCOM senior leaders to focus work efforts on priority tasks needing timely resolution.
• Conducting studies and analysis to inform senior leadership decisions necessary to achieve MEDCOM strategic priorities.
• Assisting in the development of the study’s purpose and coordination with key stakeholders.
• Using an appropriate analytical approach and present the findings along with recommendations.

At a minimum you should have:

• An active SECRET security clearance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline.
• GFEBS experience.
• 7+ years relevant experience.
