Candidate will be an active member of the report team, developing/maintaining Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) reports associated with the Defense Civilian Human Resources Management System (DCHRMS). The DCHRMS system houses HR data associated with Defense Civilian Personnel. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have an inquisitive attitude, and successfully solve problems. Candidate must have the ability to interact and work collaboratively with a diverse set of users (developers, testers, customers, team leads, management, system users, etc.). The DCHRMS program will initiate the Public Trust investigation. Primary Responsibilities:
Analyze, Design, and Develop user reports, database interaction, and/or data conversion routines;
Create and maintain data models used by Oracle BI reports;
Perform data collection/analysis, report results, and formulate recommendations;
Applicants selected must be U.S. citizens and will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for a position of public trust
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge of Oracle BI Reports;
Strong experience in SQL scripting on Oracle platforms;
Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud experience;
Experience working with and configuring DevSecOps pipelines and using associated tools such as Jenkins, Subversion, Gitlab, Jira;
Experience using Scrum/Agile practices;
Strong organizational and analytical skills;
Experience extracting data from the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI);
Ability to work remotely while interacting with other team members
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing Dashboards leveraging Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI);
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite;
Linux skills;
Understanding of data modeling methodologies
