Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking 1st Shift Housing Maintenance Technicians in the San Antonio, TX area for IMMEDIATE HIRE!
Pay: $15.86/hr.
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday (Flexibility Req.)
Housing Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Maintenance of apartment units to include:
Exterior and Interior Painting; Electrical Work, Plumbing and Groundskeeping.
Troubleshoot and/or correct air conditioning and/or heating issues
Preventative Maintenance
HS Diploma and/or Equivalent required
Any licenses or certifications are a huge plus!
