We specialize in janitorial services, floor care, window washing, and various handyman maintenance projects for commercial properties. We are currently seeking an Experienced Special Projects Technician to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform window washing services up to the 3rd floor using professional cleaning equipment
- Execute specialized floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction
- Handle handyman maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs, power washing, light carpentry and general facility upkeep.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with industry standards
- Operate and maintain commercial-grade cleaning equipment.
- Communicate with team members and clients to ensure project expectations are met
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience required in commercial window washing, including high-reach cleaning (up to 3rd floor)
- Expertise in floor care, including VCT, tile, rout, and carpet maintenance
- General handyman skills, with knowledge of facility maintenance and minor repairs
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts as needed
