We are a local cleaning company that has serviced San Antonio and surrounding cities for 12 years.
Pay: $20,000 salary

We pride ourselves in the treatment of our staff and our clients. We fully understand and appreciate the hard work that goes into regular cleanings of professional office space and incentivize great attendance and attention to detail from our valued employees. We also aim to be proactive with our customers, catching issues and concerns before they have to bring it to our attention.
In an effort to provide even better service, we are looking for a full-time Flex Service Manager. This person's first and main priority in this role will be to fill-in (usually with notice but sometimes a last minute call-in). 90% of our cleanings are performed between the hours of 5pm-10pm, with some day shifts, as well. We would need this person to be available to fill in for day/night shifts.
We also need this person to work a Saturday day shift every.
As stated, most of the time we have notice of fill-in requirements, but because Flex Service Manager's main role is to fill-in, we would need you available for last minute call-ins, as well.
When you are not filling in, we will use you a few days a week to help provide an extra hand and some more attention to detail cleaning tasks at some of our accounts.
Overtime, we'll have you manage the inventory and inspections at some smaller accounts.
There is definitely opportunity for growth with our company over time if you are able to prove reliability, accountability, fantastic attendance, problem solving skills and proactive measures to ensure our clients satisfaction.
