We offer two ways to work with us, so you can choose the path that best fits your life.
CHOOSE YOUR PATH:
PATH A: FLEXIBLE CONTRACTOR (1099)
Ideal for those seeking maximum flexibility and control over their schedule.
Earnings: $500 – $600+ per week (based on the jobs you accept)
- Average Job Payout: $70 – $110
- Schedule: You choose which jobs to accept. Perfect for building your own schedule around other commitments.
PATH B: FULL-TIME CAREER (W-2)
Ideal for those seeking stable, consistent income and guaranteed hours. Our premium team members receive priority for the best jobs.
Earnings: $600 – $700+ per week (guaranteed minimum with high earning potential)
- Guaranteed On-Call Pay: $35/day for a set 10 AM - 12 PM window, paid even if no clean is assigned on a work day.
- Premium Job Payouts: Earn the same high per-job rates as contractors.
- Priority Scheduling: You get first pick of the best and highest-paying jobs.
- QC / Errands: $30 – $45 per task.
Schedule: Stable, 5-6 day workweeks.
