TradeForce Staffing Solutions is currently looking for General Laborers and Skilled Solar Installers who are interested in participating in two local Solar Installation projects. Opportunities to continue working are available if you demonstrate good work ethic and are willing to travel.
Project Information:
Location: Uvalde, Texas 78801
Start Date: 8/17/20
Project Duration: 4 - 6 weeks
Qualifications:
Must have experience in solar installation, construction, demolition, masonry, etc.
Must have mechanical aptitude and the ability to read a tape measure
Must be able to use wrenches and hand tools
Must be able to carry racking, pipes, and solar panels
Must be able to work in a dirty, outdoor environment
Must have attention to detail
Must have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
Must be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
Must have ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time
Pay Rate:
Laborer - $16.00 per hour
Skilled Installer - $17.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience
$15.00 daily mileage reimbursement included if commuting a long distance
