Bonus: Additional $5 for every appointment made with homeowner plus $100 commission if the job is won.

Requirements:
Must be neat and clean in Klein Roofing uniform when working with Klein Roofing clients
Must be professional and in line with the Klein Roofing company culture when working with Klein clients.
Must meet sales goals
Must communicate clearly and timely with Klein Roofing clients and Klein Roofing office personnel
Must not be afraid to knock on doors and generate own leads
Must continue to educate themselves in our industry regarding sales techniques, application processes, product knowledge and all other areas pertaining to their job
Positive attitude and good work ethic
Generate leads by canvassing and networking with homeowners in storm damage areas
Must have own vehicle
Must have a cell phone
Must have good customer etiquette and communication skills
