Industryone Staffing is looking for an hard working experienced employee that would like to work at a coffee manufacturing facility long term. You will work 8-10 hour shifts. This is a PM Position

Shifts are (5 days a week)

2pm-10pm

10pm-8am

TITLE: Extractor Operator

FUNCTION: To perform the movements necessary to turn roast and ground coffee into coffee extract for further down-stream processing. Movements include weighing, measuring, mixing and the time management involved to make consistent extract across every tank and every shift.

PROVISIONAL FUNCTION: Cleaning and maintaining of the equipment under your care will be performed, on a daily basis, and verified by Quality Assurance tech on your shift.

REPORTS TO: Shift Supervisor

GENERAL INFORMATION: Job requires the ability to work with heavy equipment, cranes and hoists. The individual will need to be able to read batch sheets and record legibly all of the information required on the batch packets that are supplied by the shift supervisor. The job requires some lifting and the individual will need to be able to handle up to 75lbs of weight at a time. Good time management is a must because the processes are time sensitive. Sufficient training will be provided to make sure that the employee is able to perform the functions required. Job may require some weekend work.

DUTIES: Sanitation: The employee will be able to read and perform the pre and post sanitation steps necessary to make sure that the line is clean and producing product free of contamination. Records and Reports: Keeps and prepares records pertaining to the sanitation of the line and production of the extract produced on the line. General: Must be capable of completing written records accurately and legibly. Must be able to follow directions of management. Must be flexible in the event of schedule changes. Must prepare and use chemical compounds in a safe manner for use in facilities and manufacturing equipment. Must be able to adhere to policies on codes of conduct and substance abuse. Other duties may be required at the discretion of management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to read and write English and to interprets batching instructions. Experience in: Food manufacturing environment preferred but not required. Must be capable of keeping accurate and timely records. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Visual and hearing acuity required to work in manufacturing environment. Requires basic math skills to complete reports. Must be a motivated, self-starter with effective communication skills. Must be able to cooperate and function with co-workers in work stress environment. Must be willing to train on new positions and equipment when required
