Having your own truck and tools are required. Room available with discount off rent. 5 properties total in the San Antonio area and as time permits some work could be done in Austin and Buda where we have other properties. We are looking for someone who can pass a background check, is not a day drinker or into illicit drugs. Our tenants deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
