We need a Lead Maintenance and an Assistant Maintenance person for a 200 unit property in the Thousand Oaks area. Good benefits and company, I should know, I've worked for them for about 15 years. We work hard, play hard and support each other every chance we get.
Lead Maintenance needs to have HVAC license.
Both jobs need experience in plumbing, electrical, reliable transportation, basic tools, and be on call every other week.
Bilingual would be great but not required.
