Job title: Admin

Length: 6 month Contract-to-Hire

Location: ON SITE, San Antonio Texas, 78216

Shift: Standard, 8am-5pm

Position Summary:

• Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule installations.
• Use JST system to schedule installation and service appointments.
• Confirm all installation appointments daily.
• Use IBT to track all scheduled installations.
• Use the Portal to manage customer contracts and associated paperwork.

Other duties as assigned, which may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with Ops Support/Administrative duties including but not limited to ordering supplies, filing, backup when Lead Admin is out.
• Handle incoming customer/associate relations calls.
• Assist with delinquent accounts payables
• Process receivables (installation checks)
• Guiding the Permitting Process for installations
• Assist coordinating vendors for installs and service

Education/Certification:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a call center environment

Skills:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
