Requirements/Additional Details:

Day to Day responsibilities:

• Consolidating different activities with the team, rolling up reports and meeting with team leaders and key decision makers
• Giving recommendations for efficiency, identifying pain points and providing strategies around getting past them
• Model Risk assessment and analysis
• Facilitate daily team meetings
• Process Analysis

Must have skills/technologies:
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager
• Rally/Jira
• Agile
• Strong communication
• Scrum and Project Management certifications
• Experience tracking financial data pertaining to project and workforce costs
• Experience using reporting systems and dashboards to analyze data

Nice to haves skills/technologies:
• SAFe
• Previous USAA experience
