Members of Wests Animal Health sales team act as a strategic account management business partner to the worlds chief providers of medical products and devices, pharmaceuticals, capital equipment, and healthcare software and services.
Your primary customer care responsibilities will be to cultivate professional relationships, create business opportunities, and solve your customers biggest issues. Members of our Animal Health team strive to improve the quality of patient care on a global scale through dynamic resolutions that impact our clients way of communicating and doing business every day.
Processing various incoming and outgoing sales phone calls for their assigned Animal Health Company in accordance with policies, procedures, quality standards, and federal laws and regulations:
As required, perform calls to Veterinarian Offices in order to introduce new products into the office and educate the Veterinarian and staff members on legacy products returning to the office as well
Establish a good working relationship with team members and department contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided
Discuss the reintroduction of a well-known and branded products for small animals

Animal Health:
Our most successful employees have the ability to grasp subjects such as Veterinary Technology, Animal Health, biology, chemistry and have a proven track record of 1 year or more closing sales
Cultivate professional relationships, create business opportunities, and solve our clients biggest issues - therefore, you must be highly motivated, have a knack for establishing relationships using refined communications and presentation skills
Use your knowledge in animal healthcare through education, Vet Tech certification or work experience in a Vet hospital or clinic to act as Inside Sales Representatives without all the travel and have a good understanding of medical sales and the animal health industry
Qualifications
In order to be considered, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED
Ability to communicate clearly
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred
Ability to score acceptably on job related testing assessments and pass standardized interview
Based on program requirements, additional experience may be required
