Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Esthetician and Manicure Instructors to lead and teach our growing student body. Job duties include:
⢠Teaching, mentoring, motivating and coaching all students on the clinic floor and in the classroom, using company approved curriculum
⢠Preparing students to pass the State Board exam
⢠Ensuring compliance with State Board rules
⢠Participate in various administrative duties (such as attend faculty meetings, accurately record grades and attendance and counsel students)
Job Requirements and Qualifications
⢠High School diploma or GED required
⢠Cosmetology, Esthetician or Manicure license per state requirement
⢠Instructor license is required
⢠Minimum of 3-5 years Esthetician/Manircure experience
⢠Prior teaching experience preferred
⢠Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
⢠Computer skills necessary
Availability: 9:00 AM through 3:45 PM
