We are seeking experienced IT Technician’s with excellent customer service skills. As an IT Technician, you will support various clients, evaluate all nodes in an environment and make recommendations based on the client’s requirements.

Responsibilities

- Ability to resolve issues related to printing, desktop hardware, and connectivity issues

- Support other sites remotely and assist in managing other technologies

- Ability to troubleshoot/resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner

- Ability to work from a ticketing system and provide updates to clients and internal teams

Requirements

- MS Windows 7 and 10, mobile devices, and MS Office 2010/2016 applications

- VoIP Phone Services (Cisco Unified Communications System/Hosted VoIP Solutions)

- Active Directory/Directory Services (AD, DNS, DHCP, WINS)

- Network/Data Security

- Email Systems/Message Integration & Collaboration/Office 365

- Backup Services, Data Storage, Protection, Availability and Integrity Management & Maintenance
