Location: San Antonio, TX (Residential Site)
We are seeking a highly experienced Foundation Repair Specialist to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor for a residential pier and beam foundation project in San Antonio, TX.
This is a focused, project-based role. You will be stepping into an existing job and leading the successful execution of an established repair plan.
Project Responsibilities
The specialist will be responsible for the hands-on execution of the foundation repair plan, including:
Foundation Work: Installing new piers and beams or repairing existing structural components according to the established plan.
Site Preparation: Executing necessary excavation and preparation tasks at the work site.
Finishing Work: Installing replacement Hardie Board skirting upon completion of foundation repairs.
Site Management: Ensuring daily job site cleanup and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
Requirements & Logistics
Experience: Proven, verifiable experience in residential pier and beam foundation repair.
Contractor Status: Must be available to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
Tools: Our company will provide the necessary tools and equipment for the job.
Transportation: Must own and utilize your own reliable truck for transportation to and from the job site.
Communication: Daily, clear progress updates and communication with the business owner.
