HVAC TECHS (certified a plus) and GENERAL MAINTENANCE for full-time permanent positions at 100+ unit apartment complex on South and Southwest sides of San Antonio. Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of installation, diagnostic and repair experience in the field. Previous apartment experience a plus, as well as additional skills necessary for lead position (electrical, light plumbing, general mechanical operations, etc.). We have several positions available.
