Volt is seeking a service technician to assist in up-fitting, assembly, and repair of mechanical truck bodies, cranes, lube trucks, service bodies, install and repair of lift gates. The client has an excellent reputation and is known for building the best trucks available on the market as well as backing them up with the best support available. Beyond competitive hourly pay, also provided for this position upon conversion to client:Efficiency bonus program of up to additional $3/HRMon-Fri 7:30 am - 4:00 pm hours (occasional overtime offered)Matching 401-KPaid vacationPaid sick daysPaid holidaysHealth, Dental, Vision and Disability offered.Candidates for this position must have experience in welding (some experience), general repair, diagnostics, electrical (critical), hydraulic and fabrication.Qualifications:Experience up-fitting trucks Mechanically inclined.Electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.Ability to learn DOT Inspections and Annual Crane Inspections.Clean and Organized.Good communication skills.Good metal fabricating skills.Mathematical skills.Current and clean driverâs license. CDL preferred.Must have own tools (Will go over recommended tools prior to schedule of Interview).
