Local research consultancy is seeking 2ND shift customer service representatives for Call center in Buda TX.
Are you a natural extrovert and love talking to new people?
Would you rather work smarter than harder?
Are you able to work Flexible Hour Monday- Friday?
⢠Able to sit for 5-8 hours with minimal distraction.
⢠Able to read the script verbatim and in a professional manner
⢠Maintain a dialing rate of 45 dealings per hour (it is ok to have a lower dialing rate if productivity is high).
⢠Minimum High School or GED
⢠Must have Reliable Transportation, Call center is located in Buda!
⢠MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish )
⢠Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
