Line Cooks wanted for a new restaurant concept -
Camp Lucy, a Texas Wine Country resort, is hiring experienced and aspiring Line Cooks for its new upscale dining restaurant and bar, Tillie's. Why would I want to work at Tillie's?
This is your chance to work alongside and learn from one of Austin's most talented up-and-coming chefs. Executive Chef Brandon Martin has more than 20 years' experience at several prestigious restaurants, such as Foreign & Domestic, Dai Dui, Odd Duck, Lenoir, Barley Swine, and most recently, Old Thousand.
If you are interested in getting into culinary, but have little experience, Chef Martin is excited to teach the basics while providing an opportunity to work in a spectacular state-of-the-art kitchen.
More experienced cooks looking to experiment with more advanced techniques such as hydrocolloids, fermentations, and high-tech kitchen equipment are encouraged to apply and advance their careers!
Our focus is creating classy familiar food that is prepared in nontraditional, yet sophisticated ways.
Tillie's will offer a rotating the menu, based on seasonality and local availability, so you will be learning, tasting, and playing with exciting new flavors and techniques every day!

Job Requirement & Information:
Tillie's is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, with breakfast/brunch served on the weekends
Full-time employees are eligible for medical benefits as well as PTO and Holiday pay
Line Cooks pay ranges from $14-$16/hour
