Job Description: Under the direction of the Youth and Family Clinical Lead, or designee this position will deliver case management, skills training, school support, and medication management to youth and their families as appropriate. This position is responsible for providing assessments and treatment plans for youth, completing documentation of services, assisting youth and their families with accessing other community resources as well as crisis intervention, as needed. This position is responsible for collaborating with community, families, doctors, and other agencies.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human services field; comprehensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses. Ability to work as a member of a team within a fast-paced, treatment setting is essential to this position. Must have a valid Texas Drivers License.
Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree and/or clinical license in psychology, education, social work or a related human service field; one year work or practicum/clinical experience in intensive case management and/or psychosocial rehabilitative services; bilingual/Spanish-speaking; experience in providing concurrent documentation within an electronic database preferred.
