Urgently needed direct care staff for position working directly with the adolescent population at a residential treatment facility located near New Braunfels, TX. A residential treatment facility is a home for adolescents that provides a safe, caring and therapeutic setting for those who have severe trauma backgrounds. Help play a role in the lives of this amazingly resilient population by building relationships, mentoring, and providing safe and therapeutic home environment for many who have never had a chance to experience this. Pay 12-16 dollars per hour with opportunities for shift differentials and overtime, benefits available
Flexible schedule and round the clock positions available. Full time/part time positions available.
Increased hourly rate depending on level of experience working in mental health, hospital setting, or with the adolescent population

Qualifications:
High school or GED required
Must be over 21
Prior experience working in a direct care role with adolescents in residential facility, group home, or working with individuals with mental health and/or behavioral health related issues strongly preferred
Strong communication and critical thinking skills with ability to problem solve quickly
