The Human Resources Office Assistant is responsible for assisting HR associates with recruiting, filing, personnel outreach, and special events or projects.
25-30 Hrs a week
Responsibilities:
Implement company culture, values and policies
Assist HR Management and staff by performing administrative duties in various areas of HR
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open Positions.
Enter and maintain accurate employee information in the Company's HR Information System
Assist in coordinate events focused on employee recognition
Accurately maintain employee files
Assist with preparing reports or working on special projects or events such as audits, training events, records retention, or employee appreciation activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
