Balance Staffing is hiring General Laborer / Truss Assembler for a Construction Company located in Buda, TX.
We have (15+) Openings - Immediate Hire - Full-time Positions
Shift: (5:00AM - 3:30PM) and (4:00PM - 2:30AM)
Schedule: M - F (Sat) 10 hr shift. Lots of OT available

Main Job Functions:
Perform primarily in an outdoor yard environment, subject to variations in temperature and weather, equipment noise and dust.
Reviews work order to determine cut(s) to be made.
Adjusts saw for required cuts.
Adjusts speed of saw and feed rolls.
Stacks cut lumber after processing.
Observes safety procedures at all times.
Lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and on occasion up to 80 pounds.
Perform specific tasks that involve climbing, lifting, pushing or kneeling
Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and on occasion up to 80 pounds.

Construction experience is a PLUS
