Scope of Work:

This position is primarily responsible for performing repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce cast concrete fireplace parts and products. *Part time installation training available. (must have truck)*

Key Responsibilities:

•Tends machines, including mortar mixers, vibrating (shaker) tables and roller racks in production line.

•Works at different stations along the production line as assigned.

◦Mixing -- Measures raw material and prepares raw mix.

◦Pushing -- Transferring empty/full molds along production line.

◦Troweling -- Finishing, shaping of product while wet.

•Observes safety and security procedures.

•Reports potentially unsafe conditions;

•Uses equipment and materials properly

•Keep area clean; disposing of trash, sweeping, etc.

•Other duties as assigned.

•Conscientious, hardworking individual with a strong attention to detail.

•Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining respect and consideration for all team members.

•Ability to work under pressure and meet production quotas while maintaining a positive attitude.

•Accepts responsibility for own actions and handles conflict respectfully.

•Follows established company and department policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

•Must be at least 18 years of age.

•Must be able to stand at station for long periods of time and regularly lift 75+lbs.

•Must be able to tolerate cold and hot conditions.

•Must be able to withstand moderate noise levels,
