Marketing Assistant needed for a professional, fun, dental office.
Job Duties:
-Reaching out to local businesses to schedule wellness visits via phone calls and personal visits
-Organizing events outside of the office
-Maintaining relationships with various organizations
-Coordinating schedules with the front desk staff
-Greeting prospective patients with a smile
-Scheduling appointments in the field
-Educating others on the benefits of dental care
-Building rapport with the general public through social media and in person
-Generating new, creative marketing ideas

Responsibilities
meeting and greeting our clients in person, by telephone and correspondence; and supporting the team as needed.
Research various online channels for subjects and trending news stories
Generate creative ideas to develop as content
Have a firm grasp on writing effective titles for the press
Do whatever it takes to grow our online presence
Required Skills
Tech savvy/interest in the internet and social media
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to form productive working relationships

Basic video editing skills
