Chuck Nash Auto Group is seeking an experienced Admin to join our team at our main location in San Marcos. Eligible applicants will need to have a background in accounting, billing, and titling with specific work history in the automotive industry. All others will not be considered.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
¾Billing- breaking down, booking, and processing car deals
¾Titling and registration (Tx DMV/web dealer experience a plus)
¾New Factory vehicle incentive submissions
¾General office duties & back up receptionist is sometimes required
Requirements:
¾Dealership experience
¾Title Desk experience required
¾CDK DMS experience a plus
¾Vehicle inventory control experience a plus
¾Factory vehicle incentive experience a plus

Pay:
¾Full time- Mon-Fri (1st Saturday of the month is required for close-out duties)
¾Hourly- paid 4 business days after the 15th and the last day of the month
¾Pay negotiable based on experience
