â¢Maintains the professional atmosphere & aesthetics of the facility (operations, dispatch, briefing spaces, breakroom, restroom, etc.)
â¢Responsible for executing the current day's flight schedule to include; gathering and acting on information that could affect the flight schedule, advising the scheduling section on how current operations affect proposed schedules and inform leadership on any deviations from the FOM and/or safety of flight related items
â¢Develop and ensure processes and procedures for tracking and timely execution of flight events, maintenance issues, and general operations
â¢Operates Talon Systems ETA for dispatch and tracking of daily flight events
â¢Communicates regularly with the Maintenance Coordinator regarding scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
â¢Receive, assess, and relay questions and information pertinent to the conduct of daily business
â¢Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, fast learner, detail oriented, strong communication skills
