Dakota Ranch Apartments is currently hiring for a full time/part time Leasing Agent.
We are seeking candidates who pride themselves on having a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a sense of responsibility.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
Representing Dakota Ranch - Giving tours to prospect residents, signing leases, answering phone calls, responding to emails, outreach, marketing, etc.
Managing Residents - Submitting maintenance requests, distributing packages, conflict resolution, organizing and managing events, etc.
The pay is hourly plus commission. Hours expected are 15-30 per week.
