All around secretary needed for small manufacturing company: AP/AR, filing, light phones, some scheduling. A major portion of the work is using a remote desktop to oversee the corporate office books in Florida: reconciling packing slips, invoices & payments. Experience with QuickBooks is important. Excel spreadsheets for reports. Not a fast paced office but a self motivated person who enjoys multi-tasking would find this a nice long term job. Report to a local manager and interact with the general manager and secretary in Florida; owner is in part time. Marketing skills would be a plus but not critical. Full time job, Mon-Fri 8-4:00; part time would be considered if regular hours were established.
