Our medical office is in search of a front desk patient coordinator with an passion for helping people! This rewarding position requires an individual with a warm personality, an ability to think on your feet and make every patient interaction a positive experience.
Our office has been servicing the local community for ten years with high tech diagnostics and unbeatable patient care.
Roles and responsibilities:
-Our Patient Care Coordinators welcome each and every person that walks through the front door! They check patients in, help with new patient paperwork, accept payment after their appointment has concluded and schedule follow up care as needed. Being the first and last person everyone sees gives the patient care coordinator the unique opportunity to leave a lasting impression on everyone they meet.
-Helps with booking appointments via the phone or internet. Follow up phone consults for post care of patients.
-Maintains office appearance so that at any time patient stop by it is a clean and welcoming environment.
This position is a Mon- Thurs 8:30am- 4:00pm position with a one hour break for lunch.
