- Skill in preparing clear concise logs
- Be a U.S. citizen, by birth or naturalization

- Work flexible hours, rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to disarm alarm systems
- Knowledge of proper procedures for emergency situations
- Ability to perform intermediate math
- Ability to work special events and overtime

Job Description
Security Guards are responsible for all the buildings on campus to be locked and secured, respond to fire alarms, trouble alarms, smoke detectors and to assist police officers. Responsible for assisting motorists, and securing the safety of students, faculty, and staff.
Job Duties
Security Guards patrol the residential housing, parking garages and parking lots. Security Guards provide safety escorts, building unlocks, work overtime special events, building checks and provide information to the public. Other duties are golf cart and vehicle inspections, assist police officers, and additional duties as assigned.
