Windows support technician to support remote clients. Must be knowledgeable in Windows 10 and TCPIP protocol. This position supports multiple clients with windows desktop and server issues.
Must be able to communicate well via phone or in person for technical support in multiple states.
Hardware troubleshooting is a must. Some VoIP Phone system support is a plus.
Must be able to lift 75lbs and have reliable transportation.
