Job Responsibilities
Work with the on-site customer and service buyer to provide high quality installations/repairs/service.
Complete all required deliverables at the conclusion of the service event.
Participate in knowledge sharing efforts by contributing to a knowledge baseĀ of tech tips and how-tos.
Improve your skills by taking employer provided on-line learning courses
Use creativity and ingenuity to investigate complaints, identify resolutions, suggest enhanced operating techniques, and recommend system improvements.
Maintain parts/supplies inventory and submit timely requests for replacements.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
Technical degree, certification, or significant trade experience
High-level ability to test, troubleshoot, service, and repair IT-related equipment
Ability to adapt to dynamic work schedules and flexible shifts
Superb customer service, communication and self-management skills
Reliable transportation. We will pay your fuel.

Familiarity with mobile applications and tools
