Payton Construction Inc. has been building water and waste water treatment plants for nearly 30 years. We perform concrete work, mechanical piping, and civil excavation work.
We are currently looking for motivated employees to fill the roll of field labor with opportunities for promotions.
Duties Include but are not limited too:
concrete forming
rebar installation
concrete placement
equipment up keep
excavation, backfill, and site grade work
mechanical pipe installation
water treatment equipment installation
The position comes with
weekly pay
paid holidays (8 through out year)
health benefits (after 90 Days)
retirement plan (after 90 Days)
vacation time (5 days after 1 year - 10 days after 3 years)
We work Monday - Friday from 7am - 4:30pm (Quitting time varies depending on work load) On occasion a Saturday will be worked, but not often.
Employees will work on many different jobsites with various locations. Jobsite locations are in the surrounding areas of our office in Wimberley, TX (Austin, San Antonio, Blanco, Marble Falls, Fredericksburg, etc.)
Employees must be willing to work hard, be able to perform physically demanding task, and be willing to learn.
To qualify for this position, applicants must have multiple years of construction experience in concrete forming and placement, mechanical piping, civil excavation and dirt work. If an applicant does not have experience in all of these fields, they must be willing to learn the fields they are unfamiliar with.
