Looking for a highly motivated lead man with excellent skill set with the ability to think outside the box and have grace under pressure.
Must have reliable transportation excellent apearence and attitude ,and communication skills ,able to do take offs accuracy is a must and be hands on lead by example .
I'm searching for a business leader to grab the reins of this wild horse growth were experiencing with the finese and ability to run things smoothly wich includes hoop jumping with out becoming burned out .
You must have the skills to build and manage detailed projects homes , remodeling,and commercial carpentry as well .
The money is open ended as you make what you need to make to stay put .I'm not looking to train ,I'm looking for the best if the best to take on the high end projects .
You must have verifieable references.and a clean background for the last 7 years .
