An established swimming pool service & repair company in New Braunfels is seeking at least one new employee. We offer competitive pay and year-round employment.
Ideally we would like to find a candidate with at least 2-3 years experience in servicing commercial pools, preferably with Certified Pool Operator (CPO) status. We could offer pay in the $16-$19/hour range, commensurate with experience, for such a candidate.
We would also consider hiring an entry-level employee who could train on servicing residential pools. We could offer such a candidate $14-$17/hour depending on experience.
Prospective hires for either job would be expected to do the following:
Be able to work full days outdoors, including in hot, cold, or inclement weather
Be eligible to work legally in the United States of America
Have a valid Texas drivers license and a good driving record
Be able to routinely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
Be willing to pass a routine background check
Be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
Do occasional evening or weekend work
Have a cell phone available for use while working in the field
Be responsible and organized enough to log service visits, stick to schedules, stay in touch with management and work mostly independently throughout the day once training has been completed.
