A Houston company is looking for an Help Desk for a long-term contract. Skills/Experience :
Monitor ticketing systems and respond to incoming user issues
Work with team to implement migration and other projects for clients
Responsible for onboarding and offboarding pc users as needed and adding new users and accounts through Active Directory
Help troubleshoot user hardware or software issues
Provide customer service and assistance to users
