Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage direct mail and direct marketing activities for Pan-HP commercial marketing.
• Coordinate and lead the direct mail program types/framework of the program offering, creative production, cost management, and quality control with agencies.
• Coordinate direct mail programs that are tightly integrated within marketing campaigns and events.
• Ensure the efficient and successful execution of all direct mail programs working closely with Marketing Managers, Sales, and key HP Stakeholders.
• Work with concept proposal development, coordination of agencies, and fulfilment
• Obtain invoices to track against budgets using excel
• Ensure all assets meet print production standards and requirements for mailing and tightly manage production costs to align costs with industry best in class.
• Gather tracking IDs as needed in the event campaign workflow for reporting and claiming purposes
• Work with Audience Manager and Campaign Manager to confirm lead management follow-through with Sales, follow up communications.
• Assists to gather direct mail reporting and insights from Reporting team and working closely with field marketing and operation leaders.
• Manage the vendor relationships, contract and pricing negotiations, quality assurance audits, vendor evaluations, and RFP reviews for all Direct Mail processes.
• Lead collaboration with creative, content, data, and legal teams to ensure direct mail is impactful, on brand, targeted and compliant.

Skills
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Self-starter, able to work fully remotely and collaborate with team members (some globally).
• 2+ years knowledge and experience across direct mail production with experience in vendor management (marketing agencies and letter shops).
• Direct Mail execution experiences is a plus. Working with Sendoso or PFL platforms.
• Digitally savvy, with problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong ability to organize, analyses, interpret, and disseminate information.
• Ability to work under pressure and change direction as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft O365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, TEAMS, etc.)
• Experience using Marketing Automation platforms, like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua or Marketo.
• Process-oriented, with high attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
