You Will:

• Develop DevOps technology standards e.g. monitoring, alerting, scaling, availability, technology and business logging and audit


• Research, develop template DevSecOps pipeline implementations with Static and Dynamic Application Security Testing (SAST/DAST), automated (unit, integration, acceptance) test integration, build reporting


• Develop technical enablers, prove out new technology, and promote these in our heterogeneous teams


• Build architecture blueprints for technology enablers


• Build cross portfolio process metrics dashboards for both business and IT stakeholders


• Technical Consulting, mentoring, and promoting


• Develop architecture blueprints in collaboration with our architecture team

You Have:

• Expertise in software development best practices


• Expertise in Continuous Integration and Continuous Development best practices


• Command of software code management/release management best practices


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application


• Familiarity with Test Automation best practices


• Familiarity with AWS Well-Architected Framework


• Familiarity with Performance Testing best practices


• A security oriented mindset


• University degree (BA, BS or higher)

Preferred Experience

• At least 10 years as a developer with design/architecture responsibilities


• Experience mentoring onshore and offshore developers


• Security Champion - or good understanding of application security


• AWS Certifications as an Architect or DevOps


• AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Cloudtrail, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS/Aurora


• Java EE and Spring Cloud


• NodeJs, JavaScript, and TypeScript


• Git, and Actions - GitHub


• Jenkins


• Experience monitoring Solutions e.g. AWS, NewRelic, DataDog
