Job Description
Flooring Detailer/Estimator
Midwest Flooring is looking for Flooring Estimators with at least one year of experience in the flooring industry.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Review / interpret job documents and specifications
Timely scheduling and completion of measure details
Conduct in-home measures
Create flooring take-offs for ceramic, vinyl, backsplash, carpet, wood and laminate flooring
Review measure details to assure a precise and accurate bid package / proposal
Communicate and develop relationships with clients
Qualifications and Skills: Flooring Detailer/Estimator
One year of experience in the flooring industry
Dependable / Hard Working
Team Player / Good Communicator
Organized / Detailed-oriented
Able to multi-task and easily adjust to different needs / tasks
Able to work proficiently with computers and software applications
Measuring/basic math skills
