BREATH OF LIFE MEDICAL IS GROWING AND HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
1. CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES
2. DELIVERY TECHNICIANS
3. RESPIRATORY THERAPISTS
BREATH OF LIFE is a provider of Home Medical Equipment in the Sherman and surrounding area. We specialize in respiratory equipment and services.

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include any and/or all of the following:
1. Educate patients in proper use and care of respiratory equipment
2. Setup equipment in office, hospital, facility or patient home
3. Assist in resolving patient equipment problems and questions
4. Handle equipment returns and maintenance logs
5. Assist with processing orders
6. Documentation and medical charting
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Knowledge of home medical equipment & supply function
Ability to instruct patient in proper use of equipment
Knowledge of medical terminology and DME (preferred)
Knowledge of Brightree or other medical billing software
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
Customer service skills
Ability to respond to questions in a tactful and professional manner
Ability to make basic numerical calculations
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to type and operate personal computer (Word & Excel experience)
Ability to maintain accuracy
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and experience equivalent to: High school diploma or equivalent; supplemented with two (2) years HME experience preferred.
