We are a busy concrete company looking for people who are not afraid of getting dirty, working hard, and having a fun time while making lots of money.
You will probably never see this in any other ad posted, but its as real and honest as I can get.
If you are willing to show up to work every day, put in an honest effort and I mean a truly honest effort, you will succeed with us. If you have a tendency to call in sick a lot or are not willing to work a solid 8 hours a day then please dont waste the time calling. Pay is based on people that show up on time Monday through Friday and dont have to leave the jobsite for various reasons. If you are experienced you will start out at $18.75 an hour. Dont worry if you dont have experience, we will train you and get you to the $18.75 an hour quickly with bonuses on top of that.
If you are a rock star that proves you are super reliable and have the ability to run your own crew, you will make much much more!
Bottom line: We are experiencing tremendous growth and if you are willing to show up on time, work hard, and be super reliable, the sky is the limit!
