Texas Land Design is an established and growing landscape company in Whitesboro, TX with 17 years of experience in the North Texas area. We are looking for experienced landscape construction supervisors and trainees. The pay is commensurate to experience and proven performance. Initial pay ranges from $13-$18 per hour and proven performance pay ranges up to $25 per hour.
All applicants must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, a clean MVR and proof that they are legal to work in Texas. We pay weekly (Friday) by direct deposit, so you must have a checking account.
You must be physically capable of hard work in heat and cold. Although experience is important and note worthy, we have found that most landscapers do not construct to our level of quality and efficiency standards. Therefore, it is imperative that any applicant has a positive attitude towards learning our methods and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
Remove old landscapes and install new landscapes. New landscapes will include:
New beds with trees, shrubs, decorative grasses and perennials.
Placement of boulders.
Installation of natural water features.
Flagstone patios.
Stone borders.
Install new sod.
Other responsibilities include:
Ability to learn how to operate a skid steer.
Care for equipment.
Show up and begin work on time.
Clean the job site and water the plants at the end of every work day.
Maintain a positive attitude.
Have the desire and ability to learn, teach, and lead.
