Sherman Collision Repair and Automotive has expanded and has an IMMEDIATE opening for an ALIGNMENT/ FRONT END SUSPENSION TECHNICIAN. We are an independent, family-oriented business with a strong reputation in the community for Quality/Safe repairs and Professional customer service. We have been an I-Car Gold rated facility since 2009 and have the following OE Certifications: Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Fiat, Jeep automobiles, Nissan, Hyundai and Kia. Shop has multiple Insurance accounts and a steady inflow of work.
Experience of 3 years minimum with certifications: I-Car, ASE, or OEM. The more certifications will earn extra compensation ($25- $30 per flag hour or base pay with commission). Technician must have experience in electrical, scanning, diagnostics, AC, alignments, steering, and suspension. Must be dependable and able to follow OEM repair procedures. Ideal candidate would be someone looking for a career and able to grow with our company.
Shop has Hunter Hawk Eye Elite alignment machine, Hunter wheel balancer, Hunter tire machine, Robinair 1234yf and 134a a/c equipment, Autel scanning, reprogramming and calibration equipment. We will invest in I-Car, ASE, OEM and personal development training to empower you with knowledge and skills.
