An exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional to join an influential and fast-moving team charged with redefining and transforming end to end processes to modernize core business processes across Dell Technologies . As a member of the Dell Technologies Process Modernization & Transformation Team, your role as a Process Miner will focus on performing detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis work associated with developing meaningful insights to address the biggest challenges related to business processes. You will be working with next-gen technology solutions such as Celonis/ML Workbench, Automation Anywhere RPA and Pega.Key responsibilities include the following:Work with business stakeholders across various functions to understand their end-to-end business processes & data architectures, identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
Extract and transform event log data for key processes using the Celonis platform.
Analyze process event log data (process work flow, time on task, cycle times, bottlenecks, rework loops, etc…) to identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve process efficiency.
Conduct detailed analyses to draw conclusions, and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations.
Design process dashboards, analyze results and deliver improvement recommendations.
Apply process engineering & robotic process automation methodologies to achieve Business Transformation objectives.
Qualifications:Undergraduate Data Sciences or Engineering degree and 3-5 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 2-3 years relevant experience.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing large scale process transformation and automation solutions using one or more of the following methodologies - Process Mining, Task Mining, Robotics Process Automation (Automation Anywhere RPA preferred), Process Mapping.
Working knowledge of one or more tools used in the process mining and process transformation space (Celonis preferred).
Working knowledge of database technologies, ETL and SQL skills required to deliver process mining projects.
