Description:
The IT Software Developer's responsibility is to work in coordination with the functional areas of the organization to design, deploy, and manage software solutions. This
includes working to deliver efficient and effective code, troubleshooting software problems to ensure a productive work environment, and serving as a subject matter expert for software development best practices and standardization.

Scope of Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Design, deploy, and manage software solutions leveraging the following development platforms and/or programming languages: .NET, C#, MS T-SQL, PowerShell, JSON, REST, Scripting, PHP, HTML, Python, Java, and JavaScript
• Design, deploy, and manage knowledge of Identity and Access Management solutions leveraging the following technologies: ADFS, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Federation, SSO.
• Experience required in Web Single Sign-on, Federated Identity, Role Based Access Control, User Access Certification.
• Facilitate issue resolution, enhancements/defect fix implementation, effort estimation.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and to perform pre and postproduction support activities
• Understand and adhere to agile DevOps software development lifecycle process
Operational Requirements
• Perform work as assigned by their supervisor that includes but is not limited to software design and
maintenance, UAP / SSO development and maintenance, and database development.
• Implement and practice security policies enterprise wide as approved by the IT security committee.
• Conduct feasibility studies for various projects, improvements, and other conversions.
• Manage outside vendors related to SSO and UAP tools.
• Carry out other assignments as requested by your immediate supervisor.

Position Requirements
• Four-year university degree or college diploma in the field of computer science or other technical
field and/or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge & Experience:
• Ability to demonstrate significant experience with software development technologies including .NET, C#, MS T-SQL, PowerShell, JSON, REST
• Ability to demonstrate significant experience with building applications to interface with APIs
• Ability to demonstrate significant experience with Web Applications Development
• Experience with MS T-SQL

•Healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of current protocols and standards, including ITIL, HIPAA & HITECH.
