We are a professional cleaning company looking for a Janitorial Manager to manage a Janitorial crew in a plant environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
⢠Overall responsibilities include supervising employees while providing a high level of customer service to our client
⢠Quality control, safety, corporate goals and maximize profits while adhering to the company mission and vision.
⢠Communication with customer to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve issues quickly.
⢠Participate in the interviewing and hiring of employees to ensure project is fully staffed.
Other Requirements:
⢠Must pass drug screen and criminal background check
⢠Must have clear MVR for past 3 years (no speeding tickets or at fault accidents)
⢠Must have knowledge of the janitorial business and all equipment used or willing to learn the business
⢠Must be in good physical condition and able to lift at least 50 pounds on occasion.
Qualifications:
⢠Must project a professional image and maintain a cooperative and helpful attitude at all times as individual will have frequent interaction with customer
⢠TWIC preferred
⢠Safety experience preferred
Education and Work Experience:
⢠High School Diploma preferred
⢠Minimum of 2 years of Janitorial experience preferred
⢠Minimum of 3 years Supervisory experience preferred
Language Skills:
⢠Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English required for safety purposes
